Subject: Early Bird Registration Extended to May 15

Fellow Toastmasters,

A technical glitch caused our last email message to go out late.  This
left many of you less than a day¢s notice to take advantage of the
discounted Early Bird pricing reminder.  We have gotten the hotel to
extend the deadline to submit our final meal count by one day so we
could extend Early Bird Registration pricing to May 15.  Again, here
are some of the savings available:

 

Full Conference (Friday and Saturday) $75 ($110 after 5/15)

 

Table Topics Contest and Gala/Reception $20 ($30 after 5/15)

 

Saturday Only (All day) $65 ($80 after 5/15)

 

Breakfast and Educational Sessions $20 ($30 after 5/15)

 

Communication and Leadership Luncheon $35 ($45 after 5/15)

 

International Speech Contest $15 ($25 after 5/15)

 

Note that we cannot guarantee meal availability for registrations
received after May 15th.  To ensure that we receive your registration
on time, please do not use postal mail.  Instead, register online at
www.d4tm.org/D4_Events/spring07_conf_reg.html If you are paying by
check, select "Check in Advance" and note that you will pay at door in
the "Any Additional" text box.  You can then pay by check or cash when
you arrive.  We will not be able to accept credit card payments at the
event so they must be entered online.
