Publications used to promote the conference

• Promotional materials in Fourcaster. (See pages 15 and beyond in sample.)
• Conference promotional website (can be hosted on d4tm.org)
• Conference flyers. (Samples: flyer 1, flyer 2, flyer 3) For handing out in division contests and club meetings, posting in offices, etc.
• E-blasts. (Samples: e-blast 1, e-blast 2, e-blast 3, e-blast 4) Mass emails sent to all District 4 members.

Publications distributed at the conference (see diagram)

• Conference program folder. Distributed at the Registration desk.
  • Title sticker on cover. We printed these on Avery labels.
  • Overall conference program. (Samples: Fall 2006 , Spring 2007 )
  • Hall of Fame insert.
  • Conference evaluation form.
• Table topics contest program. Distributed at the Registration desk on the day of the actual event. Can be separate from program folder.
• International contest program. Distributed at the Registration desk on the day of the actual event. Can be separate from program folder.
• Educational session evaluations. (Spring, Fall) Distributed by educational session SAAs during each educational session.
• District council meeting agenda. Distributed at the business meeting.
• Communication and Leadership Luncheon agenda. (if desired)
• Ballots. Distributed at the Credentials desk to club officers who are qualified to vote in the business meeting.
